NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2012, and entered in the above-styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the sale shall be held online by the Clerk of Court at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10 A.M. on November 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
