Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 2, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-000794 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 29 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 305-A, Beau Mer, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 991, Pages 1416 to 1507, inclusive of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended, together with all appurtenances thereto including the Screened Terrace forming a part of the unit and Garage Space No. 26, and an undivided interest in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
