Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2011-CA-003553 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 29 day of November, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st Floor Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 105 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 95, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 95, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose
