ROPER; DIANE ROPER; ONEWEST BANK, FSB SUCCESOR BY MERGER TO INDYMAC BANK FSB; GLEN EAGLE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; CHATHAM SQUARE COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHATHAM SQUARE II, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 29 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
