NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 201202552CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for COLLIER County, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., Plaintiff and JAMES FREDERICK CASE, SR., BARBARA LISTENFELT CASE, Defendant, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 29, 2012, beginning at 11:00 AM, at FIRST FLOOR, ATRIUM AREA OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRIAL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final judgment lying and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 12, 13 and 14, Block 9, Unit No. 1, NAPLES PARK, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 106, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
