Unit Week 49 in Unit 13403, an Annual Unit Week, KEY WEST CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Key West Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 8048, Page 0131, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any.
