NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48 2010 CA 018715 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC. is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM E. DE L'HORBE III WILLIAM ELI DE L'HORBE A/K/A WILLIAM ELI DE L'HORBE III, SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHY DE L'HORBE N/K/A JOE ENDO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM E. DE L'HORBE III WILLIAM ELI DE L'HORBE A/K/A WILLIAM ELI DE L'HORBE III and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of December, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, LAKE WAUNATTA VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
