NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-019230-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA. is the Plaintiff and NANCY VALDERRDUTEN, LAKESIDE VILLAGE MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, THE LAKES OF WINDERMERE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A JOSE RIVERA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 4th of February, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 201, LAKES OF WINDERMERE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 108 THROUGH 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
