NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 5th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-007225 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE NOTEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-HYB9 is the Plaintiff and SHEILA A MELILLO, CENTRAL PARK A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., ROBERT A MELILLO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 11th day of January, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 204 BUILDING 6040, CENTRAL PARK, A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH A UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THERE OF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 08076, PAGE 3783, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
