NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-028830 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and MIRTHA TOLEDO; OCTAVIO TOLEDO; DANIEL REYES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL REYES; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); ; PILAR T. PICO; 2772 GRAY FOX LANE, LLC, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; VISTA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 59, RUN THENCE N.88°14'02” E. A DISTANCE OF 43.65 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTINUE THENCE N.88°14'02” E. A DISTANCE OF 18.34 FEET, THENCE S.02°01'26” E. A DISTANCE OF 145.59 FEET TO A POINT ON A CURVE CONCAVE NORTHWESTERLY, HAVING A RADIUS OF 125.00 FEET AND TO THE NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF GRAY FOX LANE, RUN SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE AND SAID NORTHERLY LINE THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 5°53'33” A DISTANCE OF 12.86 FEET; THENCE DEPARTING SAID CURVE AND NORTHERLY LINE RUN N.20°55'20” W., A DISTANCE OF 22.34 FEET, THENCE N.02°01'26” W., A DISTANCE OF 131.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
