NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 23, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-007848-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-1 is the Plaintiff, and, JARVIS SCOTT, SR.; SILVER TERRACE ORLANDO, LTD; STATE OF FLORIDA; DENNIS WARREN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A EBONY FRAMER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on November 29, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91, VISTA HILLS UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
