NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 24, 2012, in Case No. 2012-CA-001520-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and John Pocock, Ford Hull, Briarwood Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant # 1 n/k/a Ryan Dick, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 17th day of December, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2, BUILDING 1, BRIARWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3255, PAGE 1308, TOGETHER WITH A SURVEY AND PLOT PLAN RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM EXHIBIT BOOK 7, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE, COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE in the COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
