TICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated ______________, 20__, and entered in Case No. 09-39966 of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein PNC MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF PNC BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK , is the Plaintiff and Raul Muniz; Blanca Marcano; Current Tenant(s); and The Pines of Wekiva Homeowners Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on December 7, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE CITY OF APOPKA, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 36, THE PINES OF WEKIVA SECTION I PHASE 1 TRACT A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 117, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remainning funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
