ORTIZ; NICOLE D. ORTIZ; ERICA J. TIJERINA; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ISPC; COLONIAL LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/06/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
