PATEL; PUNAM PATEL A/K/A PUNAM R. PATEL; CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TAMARIND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A C.T.
