NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 01, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007603-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC11, is the Plaintiff and GIANNA PROPERTY SOLUTIONS, LLC A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AS TRUSTEE OF THE 2919 SYLVAN AVENUE LAND TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 19, 2009 THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 2919 SYLVAN AVENUE LAND TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 19, 2009; JUAN V. VALOIS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN V. VALOIS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JUAN V. LOT 17, BLOCK A, FOREST PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK O, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
