NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 1, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 48-2008-CA-012400-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC., ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6 CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6, is the Plaintiff and FERNANDO ROLDAN DE JESUS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FERNANDO ROLDAN DE JESUS N/K/A LUZ TIRAIDO; ANEUDY ROLDAN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANEUDY ROLDAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/06/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
