ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006- 21, is the Plaintiff and WILSON RIBEIRO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INCORPORATED; THE AVALON OF ORANGE COUNTY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/06/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
