NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 8th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-018379-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LAWRENCE A SIMMS, MARIA E NUNEZ SIMMS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., LAVENTANA AT WILLOW POND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., OAKSHIRE AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION,INC., LAWRENCE A SIMMS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of February, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, WILLOW POND-PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT 42, PAGE 29 THROUGH 32, INCLUSIVE, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
