NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 30, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-009982-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, is the Plaintiff and RICARDO LINARES; ZOILA GOMEZ; MIDDLEBROOK PINES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/04/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BUILDING PHASE NO. 84, UNIT NO. 710, MIDDLEBROOK PINES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3430, PAGE 899, AND AMENDMENT FOR BUILDING PHASE 84 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3691, PAGE 9, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
