ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23, is the Plaintiff and KEVIN C. RYAN; MARY ELLEN RYAN; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 3rd day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
