NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 30, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08 2008 CA 003577 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR NHEL HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-WF1 is the Plaintiff and MARSHALL L. COHEN; HSBC BANK USA, AS TRUSTEE FOR NHEL HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-WFI; ADMIRAL'S LANDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 7th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 141, ADMIRAL'S LANDING, A CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY, PLOT PLAN AND GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 20A THROUGH 20H, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ADMIRAL'S LANDING, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2692, PAGES 833 THROUGH 886, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
