Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on November 26, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Unit 102 of Oxford House of Port Charlotte, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 440, Page 190, as same may have been amended from time to time, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Book 1, Page 24, as same may have been amended from time to time, all of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium as set forth in the Declaration

Commonly Known As: 21267 Gertrude Avenue, Unit 102, Port Charlotte, FL
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida in Civil Action No. 12-0586 CC, Oxford House of Port Charlotte, a Condominium, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Lynn Davis Alverson, Defendant.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
