Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 30, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
LOT(S) 737, ROTONDA WEST PINEHURST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 12A THROUGH 12K, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1 PINEHURST PLACE , ROTUNDA WEST, FL 33947; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on February 20, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
