Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated November 2, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11 0697 CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and JOSEPH M. GIARRUSSO A/K/A JOSEPH GIARRUSSO A/K/A JOSEPH MICHAEL GIARRUSSO, IF ANY; ROLL'S LANDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the named defendants, whether living or not, and whether said unknown parties claims as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or in any other capacity, claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendants. The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on 24th day of JANUARY, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
