Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 2, 2012, and entered in 11003993CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wheren METLIFE HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF METLIFE BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and GAYLE L. ROGERS A/K/A GAYLE ROGERS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 A/K/A AMELIA ROGERS are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on JANUARY 28th 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 88Ëš25'30” EAST, 561.44 FEET.; THENCE SOUTH 03Ëš04'30” WEST, ALONG THE WESTERLY R/W OF THE A.C.L.R.R. (120 FEET. R/W) 400.14 FEET.; THENCE NORTH 88Ëš25'30” WEST, 540.34 FEET.; THENCE NORTH 00Ëš02'37” EAST, 400.0 FEET. TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. ALL LYING IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT ACROSS THE WEST 30 FEET FOR ROAD.
