Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 2, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-003392 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Gary N. Salerno Jr. a/k/a Gary Salerno, Jr. are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUES at 11:00AM on January 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 1630, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 12, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 1A THROUGH 1D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
