Apartment Number 5-A of Myerlee Square Condominium, a Condominium according to the Condominium Declaration as recorded in Official Records Book 1320, Page 397, amended in Official Records Book 1342, Page 743, Official Records Book 1369, Page 1984 and Official Records Book 1411, Page 676 and as subsequently amended, all in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration.
