Consuegra, 9204 King Palm Drive, Tampa, FL 33619-1328, telephone (813) 915-8660, facsimile (813) 915-0559, within thirty days of the first publication of this Notice, the nature of this proceeding being a suit for foreclosure of mortgage against the following described property, to wit:
A tract or parcel of land situated in the State of Florida, County of Lee, City of Fort Myers, lying in Section 27, Township 44 South, Range 24 East, being a portion of Lot 15, Block R, YORK MANOR, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 70, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida and being a part of the parcel as described in O.R. Book 2290, Page 3945, Public Records of Lee County, Florida and being further bounded and described as follows: COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of said Lot 15; thence West along the North line of said Lot 15, being the South line of Gasparilla Drive, for 20.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue West along said North line of Lot 15 and the South line of Gasparilla Drive for 135.00 feet; thence South for 30.00 feet; thence South 13Ëš43'53” West for 144.12 feet to the South line of said Lot 15; thence East along said South line for 169.21 feet; thence North, parallel with and 20.00 feet West of (as measured on a perpendicular) the East line of said Lot 15 for 170.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
