NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 26, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-053634 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28 day of November, 2012 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Description of a Parcel in The NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida
A tract or parcel of land situated in the State of Florida, County of Lee, being a part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, and further bounded and described as follows:
Starting at the Northeast corner of Lot 16, Block C, Unit #1, Trailwinds Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, at Page 147, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; thence North 89Ëš34'30” East, along the North line of said Unit #1, a distance of 180.00 feet to a point and the principal place of beginning; thence continue North 89Ëš34'30” East along said North line a distance of 105.00 feet; thence North 00Ëš25'30” West a distance of 100.00 feet; thence South 89Ëš34'30” West a distance of 105.00 feet; thence South 00Ëš25'30” East a distance of 100.00 feet to the point of beginning.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
