I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Beginning 9.00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of November, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 19, BLOCK 344, UNIT 58, SECTION 7, GREENBRIAR, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27 AT PAGE 82 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
