NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed October 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-057609 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, is Plaintiff and JOEL M. HAYS A/K/A JOEL HAYS, et al are Defendants , the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 204 OF ISLES OF PORTO VISTA CONDOMINIUM 13, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2007000065758, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
