PEARSON; JANE PEARSON; GULF MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on January 24, 2013 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT 2-B, GULF MANOR CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1112, PAGES 90 THROUGH 117, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 1325, PAGE 228, O.R. BOOK 1714, PAGE 3449, O.R. BOOK 2785, PAGE 2656, O.R. BOOK 2844, PAGE 3542, AND O.R. BOOK 2844, PAGE 3544, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION, AS MAY BE AMENDED.
