NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2012, and entered in 12-CA-053152 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and DAVE DOLQUEIST A/K/A DAVE J. DOLQUEIST A/K/A DAVID DOLQUEIST A/K/A DAVID J. DOLQUEIST; TERESA DOLQUEIST; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on December 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL:
FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 58, HEITMAN'S BONITA SPRINGS TOWNSITE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN WESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 58, A DISTANCE OF 135 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY ON A LINE PARALLEL TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 58, A DISTANCE OF 650 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WESTERLY PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 58, A DISTANCE OF 110 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY PARALLEL TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 58, A DISTANCE OF 200 FEET; THENCE EASTERLY PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 58, A DISTANCE OF 110 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY PARALLEL TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 58, A DISTANCE OF 200 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
