NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2012, and entered in 12-CA-51176 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and JOHN WITSCHEL A/K/A JOHN M. WITSCHEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN WITSCHEL A/K/A JOHN M. WITSCHEL; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on December 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK E, SHELL MOUND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
