Bechtold are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 14, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS BONITA FARMS, LYING IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 27, OF THE LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, PUBLIC RECORDS,; THENCE RUN SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 14, A DISTANCE OF 765 FEET TO THE P.O.B. OF THE LANDS HEREBY CONVEYED; FROM SAID P.O.B. RUN WEST PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 14 FOR 145 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 14 FOR 120 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 14 FOR 145 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 14; THENCE RUN NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 14 TO THE P.O.B.; SUBJECT TO ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY OVER THE EASTERLY 25 FEET THEREOF.
