NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-051699 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and David H. Jones a/k/a David Jones are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on November 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 207, OF VERANDA CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1671, PAGES 4645 TO 4681, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT THERETO, DATED MAY 14, 1984, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1726, PAGE 1745, AND FURTHER AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1911, PAGE 1798, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2471, PAGE 197, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
