NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed October 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-012597 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB f/k/a WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and MARTHA RODRIGUEZ, MANUEL RODRIGUEZ, WASHINGTON MUTUAL SAVINGS BANK, F.A., JANET MORETTI, are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on January 9, 2013, at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 21 and 22, Block 1278, CAPE CORAL UNIT 18, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 97 through 120, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be ASSESSED as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
