NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 24, 2010, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-051133 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIDELITY FEDERAL BANK & TRUST, is the Plaintiff and Steve Newell; Debra Newell; Jane Doe, N/K/A Cathy M. Scott; and Charles PT. Phoenix, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 26, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, AND THE EASTERLY ONE-THIRD OF LOT 16, BLOCK 7, WOODSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 15 FEET OF VACATED BELL STREET ADJOINING SAID PREMISES ON THE SOUTH.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
