NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed October 26, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-053110 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and TYLER E. DAIGNEAU; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A EDDIE TORRES RAMOS, TENANT #3 N/K/A DEBORAH RODRIGUEZ, and TENANT #4 N/K/A ALEJANDRO A GUERRERO are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 28 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
