NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed October 26, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-055263 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and RASHIDA HUWEIH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CHATEAU LE BEAU CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LEXINGTON NATIONAL INSURANCE CORPORATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A DID NOT DIVULGE THEIR NAME are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 29 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
APARTMENT C-106 OF THE CHATEAU LE BEAU, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 647, PAGE 285 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
