Final Judgement was awarded on September 24, 2010, in Civil Case No: 09-CA-056593, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS PURCHASER OF THE LOANS AND OTHER ASSETS OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F.A is the Plaintiff and ANA MARIA ORTEGA; HAROLD MAURICIO OSPINA; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS PURCHASER OF THE LOANS AND OTHER ASSETS OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F.A.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
