NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgement was awarded on May 4, 2011, in Civil Case No: 09-CA-071092, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LeeH County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BAFC 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and HANS BIEDRITZKY; URSULA BIEDRITZKY; JOHN DOE NKA SEAN J. REITER; JANE DOE NKA LAWANDA THOMAS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
