Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 31 day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CC-006439 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ADMIRALTY YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and THERESA R. VERNON, as Personal Representative and Heir of the Estate of James G. Stimpson, Deceased, SCOTT LELAND STIMPSON as an Heir of the Estate of James G. Stimpson, Deceased, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM atwww.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of November, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit No. 6, Building 15466, ADMIRALTY YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM NO. III, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2144, Page 901, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
