NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 31 day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-Ca-25126, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN A. REDEKER, JANE DOE A/K/A SHERR BARRY, JOHN DOE A/K/A WARREN BARRY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN A. REDEKER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30 AND 31, IN BLOCK 148, OF UNIT 4, PART 2 CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE 13 THROUGH 22, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
