Gonzales, a/k/a Ruma Gonzales; Unknown Tenant(s); and City of Cape Coral, Florida, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 28, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 29 and 30, Block 2619, Unit 38, Cape Coral, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 87 through 99, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
