NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Lien Foreclosure and Award of Attorney's Fees and Costs signed on October 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CC-000657, in the County Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein TOWN LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and JACQUELINE HUGHES, CHIRSTOPHER C. HUGHES aka CHRISTOPHER C. HUGHES; LORRAINE HUGHES aka L. HUGHES, as SPOUSE of CHRISTOPHER HUGHES aka CHRISTOFER C. HUGHES; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; FLORIDA GOVERNMENTAL UTILITY AUTHORITY; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m., on the 3 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 24, of Town Lakes Phase I, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 80, Page 68 through 73, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida a/k/a 8031 Liriope Loop, Lehigh Acres, FL 33972; Parcel ID# 30-44-27-11-00001.0240.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
