NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 2, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-001077 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, that I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in at www.lee.realforeclose.com, Ft. Myers, Florida at 9:00 a.m. on the 3 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 280, SANIBEL HARBOUR YACHT CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded by Instrument No. 2006000142556, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.,
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
