NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the Case No. 12-CC-003191, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in which PALM TREE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and CRYTAL DIANE DAUGHERTY and TENANT #1 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on November 26, 2012, beginning at 9:00 am, at www.lee.realforeclose.com and in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property:
Unit No. 2 of Palm Tree Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1317, Page 2050, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
