NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgement was awarded on in Civil Case No.: 07-CA-009218, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LeeH County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF NOMURA HOME EQUITY LONA INC, HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES 207-1 is the Plaintiff, and KAROLA FISCHER ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WAYNE TUCKER A/K/A WAYNE STEVEN TUCKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WAYNE TUCKER A/K/A WAYNE STEVEN TUCKER; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Charlie Green, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at ww.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 3 day of December, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 49, UNIT 5, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 01, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLATE BOOK 15 PAGE 93 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
